Vital Four
Hi, I’m Zena and my business is Vital Fours. I am a Systematic Kinesiologist and Foundation Course tutor as well as a Kinetic Chain Release therapist.
In short, I work with you and the information available from biofeedback in your body to find root causes to issues and hopefully go some way to easing symptoms or putting things right altogether.
SH Earcare
My business name is SH Earcare and is run by Sharon a fully qualified and registered nurse specialising in Ear Irrigation with water to remove wax. This business has been up and running since February 2020 providing Home Visits. I will be offering 1 day per week for home visits and the other days at the Secret Garden Pod. By appointment only.
