Planning, Design & Build
37degs offer a full design and build solution, starting with planning through to design and once approved, we will build the modular units in our factory before shipping to site to complete the build along with ground works.
Feasibility Study
When considering a sites viability several issues are paramount. In assessing its suitability, one must examine not only its commercial robustness but also that it meets all the statuary requirements.
When a site is identified, the use of our free “site builder” software will enable you to look at a scheme’s density within minutes without the need to employ an architect or designer.
The next stage would be a full desk top analysis, examining firstly need, commercial viability and planning. At 37 Degrees we supply this full package please email us to receive a sample feasibility study and forms to submit for a quotation.
Scheme Design & Planning
We offer design and planning services based on your own development appraisal or if you have submitted a 37 degrees feasibility study based on ours.
This will include preparing and submitting a full detailed planning application, liaison with external consultants where required and managing the whole planning process.
We have an experienced in-house team where we offer a free phone or zoom consultation to discuss your proposed development.
